Blair Wagar returns to the Highways portfolio as Deputy Minister (DM). Blair previously held the position of Assistant Deputy Minister of Energy Regulation beginning in May 2020. Prior to that, Blair was the Assistant Deputy Minister, Planning & Policy Division, Ministry of Highways.

Acting Deputy Minister of Highways, Rick Burton, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture. WESTAC thanks Rick for his contributions to the Council during his time as Deputy Minister of Highways and looks forward to welcoming Blair back to the table.
