Premier Moe Shuffles Cabinet
June 06, 2022 | Category: Government Updates
Regina, SK—Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe appointed the Hon. Jeremy Cockrill (MLA for Battlefords) as the province’s new Minister of Highways, making him the youngest member of the provincial cabinet.
“When you get a call from the Premier asking you to serve in this other capacity and serve all the people of the province… humbling, I think, is maybe the best way to put it,” Cockrill said about the appointment.
Minister Cockrill attended the WESTAC Spring Member Forum earlier this year and will take over as Chairman of WESTAC’s Board of Directors. We look forward to continuing work with him and the Government of Saskatchewan.
WESTAC would like to thank Minister Bradshaw for his contribution to the Council for the past year.
