Following today's resignation by Hon. Pablo Rodriguez, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has appointed Hon. Anita Anand as Minister of Transport. She will also retain her position as Treasury Board President.
The Honourable Anita Anand was first elected as the Member of Parliament for Oakville in 2019. She brings a wealth of experience from her prior roles, including Minister of National Defence and as Minister of Public Services and Procurement.
