WESTAC Welcomes Two New Members
Vancouver, BC—The Western Transportation Advisory Council welcomes the Arrow Group of Companies and Keyera Corporation as its newest members.
Established in 1919, Arrow Transportation Systems Inc. specializes in commodity hauling, facilities management, logistics management, marine services, manufacturing, product distribution and technology development.
The official representative is Mitchell Zulinick, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Chief Executive Officer. The alternate representatives are Randy Zulinick, Senior Vice President, Arrow Rebel Systems and Tim Bell, Executive Vice President.
Keyera Corp. operates an integrated Canadian-based energy infrastructure business with extensive interconnected assets and depth of expertise in delivering energy solutions. Its predominantly fee-for-service based business consists of natural gas gathering and processing; natural gas liquids processing, transportation, storage and marketing; iso-octane production and sales; and an industry-leading condensate system in the Edmonton/Fort Saskatchewan area of Alberta. The product moves in the system via rail, truck and pipeline. We rail 35,000+ railcars in and out of our terminals each year and the same volume of trucks.
The official representative is Shivaughan Sky, Director, Commercial Operations. The alternative representative is Ben Coleman, Director, Government Policy and Regulatory Advocacy.
