The Teamsters Union represents 125,000 Canadians, over 16,000 of those members work in the rail industry and are represented by the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference. The Union has become an unavoidable collective bargaining partner for the two major rail carriers in Canada, CN and CP as well as the majority of the short lines in Canada.
