In March 2017 this invitation-only "Women in Transportation Roundtable" brought together 50 participants – women who hold senior positions in transportation and champions, both male and female, who have shown interest in developing and promoting women in transportation.

This report summarizes the interviews of 29 senior executive women in the transportation industry to: understand career pathways and success factors, validate the challenges and barriers that exist for women entering and advancing in transportation careers, and gain insight on how to address these challenges and barriers.
